Utility function that allows you to insert Arrow
markers anywhere in the image.
These pointers can be useful to mark details of the image to which a text
annotation can be attached with the Insert
Text function.
Utility function that allows you to insert text annotations on any point of the image. The Font and the Stroke Color can be chosen by the user.
Allows you to select the Font style from those available in the program.
The text background can be either transparent or opaque.
The color of lines and text can be chosen from those available in the program.
Lines and markers can be 1, 2 or 3 pixel thick.
Allows you to view the measurement lines and text on reduced printouts of full screen images. Trace can be bewteen 2 and 7 pixel thick. Font size is automatic.
The line style of geometric representations can be chosen as either
solid or
dashed.
For a line thickness greater than 1 pixel, the style is always solid.
The macro recorder allows you to define a sequence of commands that
can then be automatically executed.
All the functions from the main menu of the program can be utilized including
image analysis functions in X-Plus and X-Merge.
Macro Control
The multimedia control buttons are Play,
Review, Pause
and Record.
Once you start recording you can select from the menu
the functions you want to use. If the Auto
Pause check box is selected, a pause will be automatically inserted
for each macro function.
Auto Pause can be useful for testing the macro but can be
subsequently disabled.
The Pause button stops the recording, which can be resumed by pressing the
Record button again.
During recording you can insert pauses
and delays of
1 second's duration
, you can delete
one or more lines
and insert
new commands. All you need to do is select, in the list box of Macro functions,
the appropriate line and press the relevant button.
The button deletes the whole macro list.
Macros can be loaded and saved with .
Running Mode
As well as to the Normal mode macro can be applied to All Open Images or to all images present in a selectable folder (All Images in Folder). The last mode opens, applies the macro to, and closes each image.
